Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website. They are short because the site is: it shows our work and lets you ask us about a project. The work itself is agreed separately, in writing.
About these terms
This website is operated by Rahulkumar Pal, trading as Exovio, a sole proprietorship based in Nagpur, India (“Exovio”, “we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and need no physical or digital signature.

What the site says about our services, timelines and budget ranges is general information to help you decide whether to contact us. It is not an offer. Every project is quoted and agreed in a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.
Sending us an enquiry
Sending a brief does not create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. If you need to share confidential details, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement before you send them.
