Web design & development

Custom website design & development

We design and build websites end to end: the structure, the interface, the motion and the code, by the same small team, so nothing gets lost between the design file and the live site.

Included

Exovio designs and develops custom websites for businesses in Nagpur and worldwide. One team handles structure, interface design, development and launch, with a typical website timeline of 4–8 weeks.

We build custom websites with Nuxt or Next.js, choosing the framework around the project and the team maintaining it. CMS editing, integrations and support are agreed in the scope. Our own site uses Nuxt; the Supreo ecommerce concept uses Next.js. Launch checks cover performance, accessibility and crawlability; search rankings and enquiry volumes are not guaranteed.

  1. 01

    Structure and content

The sitemap, what each page has to achieve and an outline of what goes on it, agreed before design starts so every screen has a job.

  2. 02

    Interface design

Desktop and mobile layouts for every kind of page, and a prototype you can click through before a line of production code is written.

  3. 03

    Motion and interaction

Purposeful motion and interaction where the brief calls for it, with reduced-motion alternatives and performance checks included in the launch scope.

  4. 04

    Development

A custom Nuxt or Next.js build, with responsive layouts and agreed keyboard and screen-reader checks. CMS setup and integrations are scoped separately, with code your team can own.

  5. 05

    Search foundations

Page titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, structured data and a sitemap, with performance and crawlability checks before launch. Search engines decide crawling, indexing and rankings; these foundations help them understand the site.

  6. 06

    Launch

Hosting, the domain and Search Console set up, a final check across devices, and a handover so you know how everything works.

Process

  1. 01

    Discovery

    Brief & scope

Every project starts with what the business stands for and who it is for: your market, your audience and how people find you today.

  2. 02

    Strategy

    Agreed direction

Then we set the positioning and messaging the work is built on, and write it down, so every page and post after it has something to answer to.

  3. 03

    Execution

    Service-specific

We refine a direction, then design and build within the agreed total schedule: typically 2–3 weeks for identity, 4–8 for a website or 6–12 for both. Content and feedback affect timing.

  4. 04

    Launch & iterate

    Handover & support

We launch and hand over the agreed assets, accounts and documentation. Ongoing maintenance, updates and support are scoped separately, so ownership and recurring costs are clear.

Planning and pricing

  1. 01

    Bring the business goal

Tell us what visitors need to do and which parts of the current site get in their way. Share your existing URL, an initial page list and the content you already have. An early brief is enough to begin the scoping conversation.

  2. 02

    Define the moving parts

The quote depends on distinct page templates, editing needs, content creation, integrations and motion. Identify any booking, payment or CRM tools and which existing URLs need redirects when the new site launches.

  3. 03

    Plan for launch and ownership

Agree who owns the domain, hosting and third-party accounts, who supplies approved content and what support follows delivery. Launch checks should cover mobile layouts, forms, keyboard access and search eligibility.

Questions

  1. 01

What is included in web design & development?

Web design & development at Exovio includes structure and content, interface design, motion and interaction, development, search foundations and launch.

  2. 02

How long does web design & development take?

A website typically takes 4–8 weeks in total; a brand and website together typically take 6–12 weeks. The schedule depends on content readiness, integrations, review rounds and the agreed scope.

  3. 03

Which platforms do you build on?

We use Nuxt and Next.js for custom development. Our agency website uses Nuxt; our live Supreo concept uses Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. Framework choice, CMS editing and motion are agreed around the requirements and maintenance needs.

  4. 04

Can my team update the website after launch?

Yes, when CMS editing is part of the agreed scope. We define which content your team needs to update, configure the editing workflow and include handover. Third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are discussed separately.

  5. 05

Will my website be ready for search engines?

The website scope includes page titles, descriptions, canonicals, relevant structured data and a sitemap, with crawlability checks before launch. Ongoing keyword research, content production and SEO reporting are separate services. Indexing and rankings are decided by search engines.

  6. 06

What changes the cost of a custom website?

The quote depends on page templates, content creation, CMS needs, integrations, motion and any migration from an existing site. Hosting and ongoing support should be discussed separately so you can compare the complete cost.

  7. 07

    How do international projects work?

Our studio is based in Nagpur, India (IST, UTC+5:30), and works remotely worldwide. We agree the scope, quote currency, content responsibilities, feedback dates and handover before work begins. Meeting times are arranged around the time zones involved.
